Can A Person Under Guardianship in Minnesota Vote?

Can a person who is under guardianship or conservatorship in Minnesota vote?  Yes, unless the Court has restricted their right to vote.   See Minn. Stat. 524.5-313. 

The Minnesota Secretary of State’s website itemizes categories of individuals who can vote, including individuals under guardianship or conservatorship.

The mid-term elections are November 6, 2018.  Get out there and vote!
